Cascora Cascora
Private beta · live today at cascora.app

Help build the tool you've been faking in spreadsheets.

Cascora runs any project, linking its sources of truth: the budget, the schedule, the scopes of work and the documents that flow from them. It's in private beta: real, in use on real jobs, and not finished. Run projects on it now, tell us where it bends, and get the things you ask for built first.

What you get as an early company

01 Features built to your jobs.
02 First view of everything new.
03 The founder on the other end.
04 Preferential terms, kept.
The reason this exists

A change happens in one place and never reaches the people it affects.

The client changes the stage colour in a reply nobody reads to the end. The show time moves and the performer is never told. A page is added to the deck and the 3D model, but production never hears, so nobody's building it. None of this is carelessness: it's a job living across a master sheet, a deck, a dozen supplier threads and a WhatsApp thread per crisis. Cascora puts the whole job on one live project, so a change reaches exactly the people it touches.

Features built to your jobs.

Tell us what your projects need and it goes near the top of the list.

First view of everything new.

New builds land with you first, ahead of general release: the cascade, the SketchUp link, the sustainability forecast.

The founder on the other end.

Cascora is one person: William Moyse, a working events producer who ran these budgets in Excel for 25 years. You email him, he answers, he ships weekly.

Preferential terms, kept.

Free while in private beta. Pricing arrives with the public release, and beta companies keep preferential terms.

Live now

It runs today, on real jobs.

Cascora is live at cascora.app and in use on real projects. The split below is exact, so you know what you'd be adopting.

Live

Live today

One master budget with permission-tiered views (the agency sees cost and margin, each supplier sees only its own scope and price, the client sees a clean branded total), enforced in the database with row-level security. Multi-currency budgets with locked FX. The reusable asset library and rate card. Purchase orders in both directions, with client-PO cover warnings. Invoicing and payment tracking from the same budget. The project journey, worked out from what has actually happened rather than typed in by hand. Pipeline, tasks and confirm-by deadlines for print and production, shared across your management, finance and creative teams. Branded PDF, CSV and XLSX export. Google Drive, connected on your company’s own Drive, with one-way budget snapshots to Google Sheets through the same permission rules as every other view.

Beta

In beta (in test, on real projects)

The cost-change cascade and publish-and-review: change one line and the change is proposed, reviewed and published to the supplier, the client and your margin. The SketchUp-to-budget link, where the objects in a 3D build arrive as costed lines. The sustainability forecast, built from the budget's materials and travel, citing DEFRA and DESNZ factors and shown as a forecast with a range, not a measured actual. Team Time, switched on per project: your team log days and hours against the job, and the overview compares the days burned with the personnel days sold in the last budget the client saw.

Roadmap

On the roadmap (not built yet)

Document generation (call sheets, crew call lists, NDAs, contracts, H&S risk assessments). A run-of-show view. Accounting integrations (Xero, QuickBooks) and Slack. A dedicated supplier workspace. White-label re-skinning. Tell us which of these you need first and it moves up.

One project, every role

Management, finance and creative, working from the same live job.

Cascora isn't only for the producer running the budget. Management, finance and creative each get their own view of the same live job, with their own tasks, deadlines and the numbers they answer for.

Management

Tracks progress and the pipeline.

Finance

Sees what's committed to suppliers and what's owed by clients, from the same numbers.

Creative

Checks that the change they made to the deck actually landed in the budget and is being produced.

Straight answers

The three things people ask before they switch.

"It's one more system to learn."

The systems you're juggling collapse into one place that stays current. If it doesn't earn its keep in your first project, you've lost nothing but a beta trial.

"It's a one-person beta, and unfinished."

Both true, and that's the offer. Unfinished means you get a say in what it becomes. One person means no support queue: the founder answers his own email. What ships today is tagged above.

"We already have our templates."

So did we. Cascora was built by moving exactly those budgets into software, so your rate card and your usual line items live in it as a reusable library you drop into any job. You're not starting from a blank page.

Two ways in

Choose how early you want to be.

The Beta Development Plan is for companies who want in now and a hand in what gets built. If you'd rather come in when it's further along, request live access instead. Same product underneath.

Beta Development Plan

In now, with a say

Earlier access, features shaped to your jobs, first view of everything new, preferential terms kept.

Live access

In when it's further along

You come in when it's more built out, on the standard rollout.

Trust

Secure by construction.

Every view is enforced with row-level security in the database, not hidden on screen. Every change, approval and publish lands in an audit trail. Data lives in the EU, under GDPR. Cascora is invite-only while the first companies come on, and we invite in small batches so everyone gets a proper welcome.
